Carstar would get a 10, if the car interior was cleaned. Everything else was perfect and professionally done, except our car interior was so dusty when we picked it up. That I take off two points.
Everything went well - Jay was great and the repair itself looks fine. Something during the repair created a computer error, though, and that has yet to be worked out. "Fortunately" I'm bringing it back in for a dent that happened the day after I brought it home from this one, so y'all will have a chance to take a look at it.
