Owned by husband and wife duo, Steve and Kristy Morrow, CARSTAR Capitol Collision Center has a focus on customer experience.

“I love what we do because we are able to help our guests during a trying time in their life,” says Steve Morrow. “When an accident happens and our guest is out of their vehicle, we know it disrupts their daily routine and it makes me happy to know we are able to solve their problem quickly and return them to a state of normalcy.”

Steve grew up around bodywork and even painted his own truck in high school. His career started at the age of 18 taking out the garbage and sweeping floors in the very shop that he owns today. Steve has now been in the business for 24 years and couldn’t be more excited for what the future holds.

CARSTAR Capitol Collision Center is an I-CAR Gold Glass facility that is certified with Honda, Nissan, FCA, Hyundai, and Kia.

CARSTAR Auto World Collision

Jason Wong, owner of CARSTAR Auto World Collision has spent 27 years in the collision repair industry, starting in high school. When the owners of that facility retired, he took over at 21 years old.

In 2018, Jason joined the CARSTAR network.

“People in Northern California didn’t know CARSTAR then, and they thought I was crazy for joining a franchise network, but it was the best decision I’ve ever made,” Jason said. “The CARSTAR EDGE Performance Group meetings have been an incredible benefit to someone who was a solo operator, but we still all locally own and operate our individual businesses.”

Having a great team with a common goal to get customers back to their lives is the goal for Jason.

“Without our customers, we cannot grow as a business. We are all part of the same community and the goal of our whole team is to treat our customers as if they were our own family.”

CARSTAR Body Best Collision of Sonoma and CARSTAR Body Best Collision of Suisun

Owner of CARSTAR Body Best Collision of Sonoma and CARSTAR Body Best Collision of Suisun is Dino Di Giulio. Dino has owned the Sonoma repair center for over 28 years and he is experienced in tracking key performance metrics. Extremely process-oriented and previously franchised under another banner, Dino wanted to expand his operations and knew he needed more support.

“I tell people, CARSTAR is like having my own security blanket because there is always someone I can call and I know they will be able to support me through whatever challenge I may have,” says Dino Di Giulio.

Dino Di Giulio is also the founder of Wheels to Prosper, an initiative started by auto shop owners striving to change the reputation and quality of service in the automotive repair industry by helping those in need. He and his team have helped donate 201 vehicles since 2011. Eager to continue driving this cause, along with supporting the communities he works and lives in, Dino and his team are no strangers to generosity.

CARSTAR Body Best Collision of Sonoma is an I-CAR Gold facility also certified in Subaru, Nissan, and Honda. CARSTAR Body Best Collision of Suisun is also an I-CAR Gold facility and certified in Subaru, Nissan, and Ford.

CARSTAR Ukiah and CARSTAR Yokum’s Body Shop

CARSTAR Ukiah is the second location for owner Jeff Yokum, who also owns CARSTAR Yokum’s Body Shop in Willits, CA. His father opened the business over 40 years ago, so Jeff has grown up in the collision repair industry. Eventually, Jeff took over his father’s business in 2008.

“It has always been a goal of mine to expand the family business, so joining CARSTAR made sense for me because it provided that additional support for growth,” says Jeff Yokum. “Continuing this legacy of helping our community in their time of need with a trusted repair is incredibly important to me. Customers can count on us to keep them informed and educated on the repairs we make to their vehicles.”

Jeff and his team have a deep commitment to giving back to the communities they serve. Donating a vehicle every year to a local family in need, supporting the local fair, giving back to charities, and sponsoring community teams are just a few of the countless charities they support.
