They were professional, informative and very kind during the whole process. Their customer service is fantastic.
Obviously, because of parts shortages I can't expect too much in the way of delays. 90 days. However, when the manager calls, and tells there is a mix up on parts and they know it will be another week and it's two, and tells you he'll waive the deductible, and then later tells you he can only waive half.... Makes you wonder about the integrity of the spoken word.
