At Gapsch CARSTAR we believe in giving back to the community around us. We are proud supporters of MADD (Mother's Against Drunk Driving) and Friends of Kids with Cancer. We hosts an annual Cars for Kids event where vehicles are repaired and donated to a patient's family at Cardinal Glennon Hospital, St. Louis Children's Hospital or Mercy Children's Hospital.

Jackson is one of the first teammates to the office every day and is always ready to calm a distraught driver, cheer up a team mate... or sample your lunch.

Lisa is a hands-on owner/operator providing our customers the comfort of knowing that, should the need arrive, she is available to listen and help our entire team. Her commitment is so strong, all of our customers have her personal phone number.

Jeff "Bobby", Body Technician

Jeff Butler is an integral part of our team. Jeff takes his years of experience and trains apprentice technicians while returning vehicles to pre-accident condition. If he doesn't answer to Jeff..it's because we all call him BOBBY!

Brant, Production Manager

Brant has been with Gapsch CARSTAR for more than 15 years. With a strong automotive background he is capable of managing the needs of a high volume collision shop and its customers, while still being able to step in and get "hands-on" with a vehicle when the need arises.

Jeff Hall has been with Gapsch CARSTAR since 1992. Wearing many hats throughout his years, Jeff has seen it all. He manages the schedule for our sublet vendors, orders and receives parts and oversees the quality control of all parts received and returned. An integral part of the team, Jeff can step into many positions as the team has a need.

Josh "yoshi", Porter

Josh is a transplant from Kansas City and we are so happy he landed at Gapsch Carstar. From our building maintenance, to our parts receiving to our customer shuttle, Josh can do it all. He will reliably perform any task given to him and he is eager to help in any department as he is needed.

Dawn, Office Manager

Having worked both in our parts department and the front office Dawn has an impressive understanding of our accounting and office software. Her role is critical to the day-to-day operations and the functionality of all departments.

Keith's passion for bodywork brought him to our location. He had established a career on the mechanical side of our industry..but wanted more. Specializing in disassembly and reassembly Keith works as part of a team that helps us meet or beat our deadlines.

Rob has been a part of our team for more than five years. Originally an appraiser, he has recently moved to the role of Business Development. Rob continues to grow with Gapsch CARSTAR as he works to maintain our community presence and grow our new and existing business relationships.

Mary, Auto Damage Appraiser

Hard work wins. Mary joined our team and excelled in her role as Customer Service Representative. Our leadership team saw her skills and work ethic and she was offered the opportunity to become an appraiser's assistant. Excelling there and mastering skills like vehicle intake, deliveries, photography, all without letting customer care skills slip at all Mary has continued to grow. Now managing her own repairs, our customers see the benefits of her experience and training. A strong teammate, Mary is respected by her peers and sought out by many. We are lucky to have mary managing the repair experience for our customers and being an example for us all!

Nicole, Customer Service Representative

The smile at the desk or the voice on the phone Nicole is here to help. Nicole works as a traffic cop making sure Rental agents, vendors, insurance adjustors and visitors get connected with the right team member. She works with bookkeeping to make sure that labor assignments and invoices are entered correctly and she also works on monthly reporting so management has accurate data. She does all of this while providing great service to our customers in the office, on the phone, or via our digital platforms. Nicole is an invaluable part of this team that makes sure all of our customers feel like our only customer. They're all lucky to work with her, and we're lucky to call her a teammate.

Maddy, Customer Service Representative

The first smiling face ready to greet anyone through the door. She's the connector for the customers trying to get in touch with their appraiser, the gatekeeper when sales people are trying to get to our managers and owner, and the keeper of our schedule. If we want to make an appointment for our customers it usually gets coordinated by Maddy. She keeps us efficient while keeping our customers happy. When repairs are complete she's part of the team that helps with the final transactions, all while keeping an ear out for possible snags in the processes taking place all around her. Our office is a well oiled machine and she keeps it that way.

Todd, Auto Damage Appraiser

Todd smiles through it all and puts our customers at ease. When a collision happens it can be stressful. Todd has a gift of helping the customers see the solution to the problem long before it happens and assuring them that we are here to help them through the process. He communicates with the insurance companies, keeps the customers informed, and gets the proper documentation to the team repairing the vehicles. Todd brings his experience in customer service and conflict resolution to the collaborative skillset of our Auto Damage appraisal team and we are stronger because he does!

Dani, Auto Damage Appraiser

An experienced estimator, Dani helps our customers through the collision repair process with a reassuring calm that tells them all will be ok. Keeping our customers informed while communicating with their insurance companies, she ensures the path to pre-accident condition is as stress free as possible. She helps customers though having their vehicles towed in if necessary, helping them determine if a claim is needed, and when necessary she helps them navigate an often complicated total loss process. Dani starts every day with a smile and when her customers see their vehicles returned to pre-accident condition, they can't help but smile too.

With decades working in the automotive industry, Bryan brings experience and wisdom to the auto damage appraisal team. Helping customers through the collision process while demonstrating to them how Gapsch has kept with the changes our industry has faced, Bryan shows our customers that we are the experts in Automotive Collision Repair. We are thankful that Bryan is a part of our team helping us raise the bar for the customer service experience.

Keith, Body Technician

Keith's passion for bodywork brought him to our team and our customers have been benefitting from it since. He had established a career on the mechanical side of our industry..but wanted more. He's been a shining example of hard work and attitude and with every vehicle he's repaired, his experience has grown. Moving from Apprentice to body technician he's now started helping some of our apprentice or "Junior" technicians learn the processes he has become proficient in. Thank you Keith. You make us better.

Hosting an amazingly effective fundraiser takes a team.

When the opportunity to host a fundraiser for a local nine year old cancer patient presented itself, the team JUMPED at the opportunity. Converting the Auto Collision Shop into an event space hosting more than 225 people and then back to a functioning auto collision shop in a 24 hour period takes a well thought out plan and a group of dedicated individuals. With the support of our AMAZING comunity we were ablate raise more than FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS for this little girl and her family. While the check went directly to her, we think we were the lucky ones that evening.
