Browning Collison CARSTAR was founded nearly, 3 decades ago by Richard Browning, who previously worked as our Founder and President. Based in Cerritos, Browning Collison Center has continued to expand as it now serves all of the greater Los Angeles / Orange County area repairing All Makes and Models of automobiles and trucks.
