Brian Newberry
VP of Franchise Development
Brian joined the CARSTAR team in April of 2016, and has been an integral factor in growing our network in the Western US.
Before joining CARSTAR, Brian was a member of the 1-800 Radiator Corporate Executive Team, with leadership roles in: Collision MSO partnerships, Supply Chain Management, New Product Development, Sales, and Marketing.
He is a current member of CAA, CIC, and past trustee of CIF (Collision Industry Foundation).

Collin Welsh
Senior Director, National Franchise Development
Collin has been tied to the automotive industry for his entire professional life. Working in various positions from mechanic to management in the auto service, OEM and rental industries, Welsh eventually found his way to CARSTAR over 7 years ago. Originally based in Eastern and Northern Ontario, Welsh spent years cultivating relationships with CARSTAR franchise partners, and also working with them strategically to grow and become multi-storeowners.
Today, Collin manages franchise development of any new locations, mergers or acquisitions that take place throughout Canada.

Jeanette Frazier
National Director of Dealer Franchise Development
Jeanette joined the CARSTAR family in 2020 as Director of Franchise Development for Dealer Groups throughout the United States. She has claims management experience with Progressive and Liberty Mutual. Her most recent experience has been managing large dealership collision centers for the Priority Automotive Group and the Hendrick Automotive Group. Jeanette brings to CARSTAR a wealth of knowledge of OEM certification programs, insurance partnerships and developing revenue streams for dealerships through their collision center.
Jeanette obtained her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana State University.

Aaron Rodgiue
Director of Franchise Development
Aaron joined the CARSTAR family in 2021 as Director of Franchise Development for Independent Collision Centers and Dealer Groups throughout Texas and Oklahoma. He has claims management experience with Progressive Insurance. His most recent experience has been managing large collision centers for AutoNation. Aaron brings to CARSTAR a wealth of knowledge of OEM certification programs, insurance partnerships, Collision Center Fixed Ops, Production management and developing revenue streams for dealerships through their collision center.
Aaron obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/ Advertising from University of North Texas.
