CARSTAR U Launches Training Curriculum with Mike Anderson

CARSTAR continues its commitment to training and education with the introduction of the revamped CARSTAR University. A digital education site, CARSTAR U offers webinars, training modules and other e-learning tools to help stores continually deliver the highest quality repairs.

As part of the initiative, CARSTAR has teamed up with Mike Anderson, leader of Collision Advice and an advocate for store owners and collision repair networks. He is the former owner of Wagonwork Collision Centers, two highly acclaimed facilities located in Alexandria, Virginia. An Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM), Anderson has served in a number of leadership roles throughout the collision repair industry.

Over the course of the year, Anderson will lead a series of webinars for CARSTAR store owners on key topics in the industry, including:

·  Estimating Tips and Photo Quality
·  How to Utilize CCC to Improve Performance
·  Scheduling
·  How to Utilize Your OEM Certification
·  How to Improve CSI

In addition, Anderson will participate in CARSTAR EDGE Performance Group events and the 2018 CARSTAR Conference.

“The enhanced CARSTAR U enables us to continue furthering our EDGE Performance Platform and drive our KPI performance,” said Michael Macaluso, President, CARSTAR North America. “This is an incredible resource for CARSTAR store owners who need a robust training program for their teams to meet the repair needs of today’s advanced vehicles and business requirements of our insurance partners. Having Mike Anderson join the program is tremendous addition, as he is well regarded for being a leading voice behind high performance and quality standards for our industry.”
