CARSTAR Expands Central Review Team

Estimate quality is an important measure of store performance and a key factor in building and supporting relationships with insurance partners. In an effort to drive continuous improvement in estimate quality, CARSTAR is adding resources to its central review team. The central review team provides oversight of estimates before they are locked and uploaded to insurance partners. Focus is on ensuring estimates conform to insurance guidelines and estimate quality best practices. The central review team is also a key contributor to the training and education of CARSTAR estimators, offering real time feedback on decision making that may affect overall estimate quality. CARSTAR is keenly focused on ensuring top-level estimate quality for its insurance partners. With the expansion of the central review team, CARSTAR is perfectly positioned to drive continuous improvement with all of our stores.

CARSTAR is also excited to welcome its newest additions to the insurance support team, Suejette Black and Mark Harner.

Suejette Black has joined the insurance team in the role of Performance Analyst for the Central Zone. Black is a recent graduate from the University of North Carolina with a BA in Economics. She will be located in Charlotte and can be reached at (980) 235-8365 or SBlack@carstar.com.

Mark Harner has also joined the performance analytics team as the Performance Analyst for the Eastern Zone. Harner graduated from Virginia Tech and recently transferred from the Procurement team at Driven Brands. He will be located in Charlotte and can be reached at (704) 644-8863 or mharner@carstar.com.
