Don Ward has been in the collision repair business for 35 years and at this location for the last twelve years. A1 Auto’s CARSTAR was founded in June 2005. Chad brings to the table a long history of management in the production arena. Chad is a team player and has a genuine concern for the success of the business. Chad strives to make our parts department a fine tuned well oiled running machine. With Chads even temperament and excellent people skills, he and Bradley will make excellent partners as I prepare to make my eventual plans to retire.
Bradley comes to us from the great state of Kansas where he earned a reputation as an A+ shop technician. Bradley made the move to Texas a few years ago and decided he wanted to move into the office to expand his knowledge. I interviewed Bradley twice before bringing him on board. Bradley spent his first year in our facility as an estimator and leading the example of Excellent Customer Service. With his technician knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and genuine quest to be the best he can be, He was promoted to General Manager. Bradley continues to strive to learn, perform and earn his place in the possibility of ownership as the owner makes plans to retire someday.
Christian comes across to his customers a person who genuinely cares about the job he does and the service he provides. Christian has excelled as an estimator and receives nothing but excellent CSI scores and superb reviews. Christian strives to be the best at his position and with his long record of stability as a dedicated employee, we see him as a member of the family.
We are in the Champions area of NW Houston. We are located near the corner of Champions Drive on Louetta, in the Klein ISD. We are active in the school district and sponsor nearly all of the sports teams at Klein High School.
