Ultimately, the service and quality was a 10 - however, the path was a bit bumpy as a missed interior door handle plastic shell was not returned, and the two undercarriage fiberglass sheathing pieces had been damaged from the accident, and were not replaced at the time of service. We can understand the sheathing a little. We did hear occasional and very infrequent noise from the undercarriage while we drove from Wisconsin to Pennsylvania. After the repair was completed, the noise while we drove to NYC was too loud to ignore - and we took the car back for their examination. The driver's interior door handle plastic shell was quickly located by a CARSTAR technician - and an examination of the undercarriage after it was on a lift confirmed the noise from the ripped fiberglass. The ripped pieces were removed. We took the car back to complete the trip to NYC while replacement pieces were ordered. When we returned a few days later, the pieces were installed in less than 15 minutes. CARSTAR took full responsibility of correcting the insurance claim and we took the car home. It was an unfortunate bump in what was otherwise a flawless repair. The recovery by CARSTAR was professionally handled.
