Action CARSTAR and over 20 Viking Volleyball team members from Villa Angela St. Joseph High School broke their own record of cars washed for the 3rd year on a beautiful sunny day on Lake Erie. Thanks to Euclid Hospital (a Cleveland Clinic hospital) for allowing the team to also wash hospital staff's cars and help donate to Make-A-Wish!

A new Guinness World Record has been set in suburban Cincinnati on Saturday, June 11, 2011 – for the largest car wash in history. The 12 Cincinnati-area CARSTAR stores led more than 140 stores across the United States and Canada in the North American attempt to break the Guinness World Record it set in 2009 for “World’s Largest Car Wash – Multiple Venues” by washing 4,918 cars in eight hours.

The auto body repair experts at Procraft CARSTAR in Great Falls, Montana are a major reason why thae 2009 Guinness World Record just might fall today.

In 2009 CARSTAR set the world record for the most cars washed in an eight hour period while raising funds for Make-A-Wish. The CARSTAR Nation is at it again and we thank everyone at the 400 CARSTAR stores in the USA and Canada for their efforts.

OVERLAND PARK, KS (May 7, 2010) – Abracadabra! What can disappear under mountains of soap bubbles – and reappear as support for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and kids with cystic fibrosis across North America?

It isn’t hocus pocus – it’s the second annual CARSTAR Soaps It Up! Car Wash, North America’s largest car wash event, which last year set the Guinness World Record for “Most Cars Washed – Multiple Venues” by washing more than 4,000 vehicles in eight hours.
