Sam is a huge fan, unfortunately he now has a huge dent in his car.
Sam is the man. Never misses a game. Loves his team, especially when they win. But sometimes they don't win and it's hard for Sam to leave the emotion at the stadium. Leaving the parking lot one night after a big game, another driver cut him off. Sam decided an end-around was the best offensive move he could use, but as it turned out, all he scored was a big repair and tow bill.
Relax, take it easy and follow these everyday driving tips to live by:
- Plan ahead and leave plenty of time to arrive, and get home from the game.
- Have an alternate route in case there's a traffic tie-up on the way.
- Pay attention to traffic flow when you arrive and leave and follow directions.
- Don't cut through parking stalls.
- Watch for others who do. In fact, watch in every direction.
- Keep an eye out for pedestrians, especially children who may appear
suddenly between vehicles.
- Reduce the pre-game and post-game chatter and other distractions so you can focus on driving.
- Pay particular attention after the game. It may be dark and, depending on the
score, people may be driving aggressively.
- Relax and enjoy the game. A few minutes just aren't worth it.
