In 2006, our national insurance partnerships will generate nearly $60 Million in corporately managed revenues across the CARSTAR network. We think that's just the beginning.

CARSTAR is working closely with insurance executives to build the credibility and integrity necessary to create more Direct Repair Programs. The entire CARSTAR team of professionals, in concert with the Insurance Department, is constantly working to develop partnerships all across the country. These partnerships create solid local relationships which in turn should bring more business to the CARSTAR franchisee. Increasing the footprint of CARSTAR locations is a self-fulfilling business strategy. It allows us to provide three key components: provide the coverage needs of our insurance partners with greater depth, grant higher levels of customer service, and produce repeatable and predictable outcomes not available with ANY other Multiple Store Operator (MSO).

The Corporate Insurance Team is structured to provide value to our insurance partners in two key ways. While the Corporate team works with the national insurance offices, the Regional Insurance Directors focus on building those same insurance relationships in your own backyard. Regional Directors can work together with your local marketing manager(s) or business development manager to forge strong regional relationships on your behalf. A CARSTAR Insurance Director will often involve store owners in their discussion to promote and foster even deeper relationships.

Our strong involvement with the insurance community obviously helps to drive tangible business to the shops, but also allows us access to valuable insights and ground-breaking ways to improve our business. This helps to ensure CARSTAR operations are the most informed of any collision repair facility in the country.

All Levels of Coordination While CARSTAR Corporate works with the regional and national offices, it is absolutely critical for solid local coordination to be in place at the local level for any DRP to truly succeed.
Single Point of Contact This maintains solid relationships and fends off potential problems - Sometimes things don't turn out right and problems arise, so it's nice to have our national insurance department in your corner. It protects the system against the performance of a single store putting the entire relationship at risk.
Communications Keeping the CARSTAR system well-informed of trends and issues affecting the insurance industry- CARSTAR is on the front lines every day. So if there is a newprotocol, our CARSTAR franchisees are the first to know so you can maintain good relationships.
Local Support Supporting franchisees in their local efforts in developing business with insurance agencies is critical. Need a little advice on a local program? Not a problem. At CARSTAR, our franchisees are dealing with the foremost leaders in the industry that can provide valuable support to franchisees in their local efforts.
