OVERLAND PARK, KS, (April 2, 2009) – CARSTAR Collision Centers has welcomed three new franchisee members to its National Advisory Board for a three-year term beginning this year.
The new National Advisory Board members include Dean Fisher, owner of CARSTAR Yorkville in Yorkville, IL representing Chicago, Indiana and Michigan, for his second time on the board; Brett Bailey, owner of A&B CARSTAR of Riverside in Kansas City, MO, representing Kansas, western Missouri and Texas; and John Burns, owner of Burns CARSTAR in Lake Hamilton, FL, representing Alabama and Florida.
The three store owners join six current advisory board members and three emeritus members in providing franchisee insights for the company. The advisory board works closely with the CARSTAR leadership team on issues related to the company’s daily operations, national marketing programs, the Annual Conference and long-term growth initiatives. It also plays an active role in CARSTAR’s leadership role within the collision repair industry.
“We are truly partners with our franchisees and our national advisory board is an excellent example of that,” said Dick Cross, CEO of CARSTAR. “We’re excited to have these three gentlemen join the board and bring their fresh perspective to our operations. We look forward to their many valuable contributions.”
