He received his CPCU in 2002, is a CIC member, served on the inaugural State Farm Advisory Counsel and currently participates in the Allstate Group Advisory Counsel.

Rhett oversees all aspects of our compliance processes, from improving our corporately managed insurance programs to managing our quality repair process. Prior to joining CARSTAR in 2005, he managed all aspects of the claim process during his 25-year career at USAA. He is currently a CIC member.
