WHO WE ARE ABOUT OUR COMPANY Bob Bjorneby's CARSTAR Federal Way Collision is ran by a special team of individuals who believe in providing quality customer service to every patron. Bob and Linda Bjorneby are the owners and active managers and Tonya Goss is our Assistant Manager (each of us write estimates directly for our customers). Andi Bjorneby is our Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, and when we can pull him from production Ken Bjorneby is also part of the front team. (Yes, we really do mean family-owned and operated! Our youngest does paint prepping.)For the last 21 years we have been centrally located in Federal Way, and easily service customers in the south King County and north Pierce County areas (from Seatac, Des Moines, and Kent to Northeast Tacoma as well as Auburn, Fife and Milton). We are only a couple of blocks away from The Commons in Federal Way (formerly known as SeaTac Mall) and right behind the Department of Vehicle Licensing; relatively close to I-5 as well as highways 18 and 167. |
